It's been two years since I've made my Scene Girl, Scene Sister aka Mitzi and I've been thinking about redesigning her since I drew the first sketch of a redesign. Here is Scene Sister/Mitzi's brand new design for 2023!

Also, I'm announcing that Scene Sister/Mitzi is now public domain...but I'm gonna be making some rules for her:
-No Proshipping
-No Political stuff
-No Offensive Stuff

-Don't use her for hate art
-Don't make any disgusting nor questionable stuff out of her (since she's a minor)
-Feel free to do headcanons and fanon versions of her if you want
