Determined to keep the fellows safe, and give them a rest, the alien crew let Peter and Tad gather their gear from the cabin, then left them off at a hidden retreat. It was starting to rain, but in their suits, they didn’t mind. The alien commander then headed back, to track down the kidnapper(s).

Tad was in a playful mood, and slipped on his pup hood. “Strangely”, his brother didn’t seem interested. On reflection, Tad realized being caged had to have been a harrowing experience for Peter. Figuring that his brother needed some comforting, Tad placed his arm around Peter’s shoulder, giving him a gentle hug. Peter, however, had other plans. Gradually, he slid his hands towards Tad’s tail. …
