Here's part 2 of my Resident Evil 1.5 sketch dump.It's been a really long time since I last drew Resident Evil fanart and I thought it was about damn time.
Also, this gives me the excuse to draw Mikhail Victor. Yep, it's group picture of my most favorite Resident Evil characters.
From left to right, sitting down:
Roy (Resident Evil 1.5), Elza Walker (Resident Evil 1.5), Mikhail Victor (Resident Evil 3), Billy Coen (Resident Evil 0)
From left to right, standing up:
Barry Burton (Resident Evil 1) and Rebecca Chambers (Resident Evil 1/0).
Yeah, I decided to draw the group as if they're sitting down on a bench taking a picture. Most of the placement of the poses was referenced from an artwork of Gatchaman I seen somewhere. Though it's not exact, still... it's been referenced in the picture.
Anyway, this one is scheduled to be apart of my digital lineart projects, at least one of the many. Hopefully, I'll get to it soon.
All Resident Evil characters and Resident Evil belong to Capcom.

Thank you. I'm still working on this sketch so expect to see a finished pencil sketch (instead of an initial one) of these guys, especially of Mikhail.

You're totally right, these characters are all great, and deserve more fanarts here. If only I could draw guys better I'd try to make some myself...

You should totally try anyway, it'd be practice.
That's how I got used to drawing guys, especially starting out with buff ones (like Krauser and Mikhail). Sort of get out of the comfort zone of drawing females only.

I think you're right, I just have to start and try drawing guys. I have some little problems with making masculine anathomy. Every time I draw guys I feel like they don't look "masculine" enough ^^'

I'm looking back at this and I love how I put Mikhail and Barry in the center while the other characters are more on the sides. Roy and Elza are all like being couple-y, Barry is waving hello to the camera
I kind of wanted to portray Rebecca and Billy as being more little sister and big brother moreso than as a couple. Not that I don't like them as a couple (which I do and I can see, but at the same time, I can see them just being good friends and comrades). I just wanted to portray them differently then the usual couple. I don't think it was ever explicitly stated that those two liked each other in a romantic way, but still...
I hope I did Mikhail and Barry justice. It's only in a light sketch stage so I'm still working and improving upon. I'm debating whether I should keep the beret on Mikhail or not.

A fine cast of characters y'got here. I'm a big fan of Barry and Mikhail, and I'm very pleased with how much justice you did them. Billy and Rebecca look great and it's nice to see them again. Roy and Elza also look fantastic, and it's nice to see more artwork of them too.

I'm a big fan of all of them. As you can see already...
I really like how the placement came out since Barry and Mikhail are sort of more in the center of the photo, while Roy/Elza and Rebecca/Billy are more on the sides.
I hope I did well on Mikhail, he seems a bit Krauser-ish to me though. It's a good thing this was sketched in pencil(lightly, I might add), I can still work on this and improve a few things. I'm debating about keeping his beret on or taking it off (thus mikhail with hair). So, I'm still milling on that.

Yeah, I have to agree with the placement, and believe me you did Mikhail great justice. Krauser wished he was as badass as Mikhail. Lol. Well, maybe you could draw Mikhail debating that himself. "Hm. Beret or no?" Maybe even asking Barry who will gladly voice his opinion. Hehe.

Hahah! That sounds like a great 4-panel funny comic there. I should give that idea a try when I decide to finalize the sketch.
At least Krauser, Mikhail, and Jill all look great in berets.
