you may use bases, but you won't be valorized much if you use one, there won't be a big chance for you to win, but it's your choice
please don't draw anything with mature content, no need to!
no recolors, stolen art or traced art! You will be disqualified if i know you did any of these 3!

And sorry It's Maria's old design.. I'd already sketched and was halfway through colouring when I found out her design changed.
But yeah... I hope you like it still! There is probably loads of mistakes, oops ;o;
