While I don't like Manaphy's character in the Pokemon movie that much, his appearance always attract me somehow...maybe it's the girly eyebrushes? :3c
And yes it's Pokemon Time style all over again!
Seems like it's actually pretty hard to draw in it without using the chalk paintbrushes though. This cost me 2 hours ;w;
