History: Konn works as a Programming Manager in Silph Co. Despite having a full time work, Konn takes every opportunity to join new Pokemon tournaments , hoping to meet new Pokemon and catches/steals them for black money. So naturally he went for PDL , expecting to grab all the rare Pokemon with dream abilities in the Dream World .

You can expect seeing him constantly hiding from the Kiros - the officer Kiro from PDL , and his own son who is trying to convert him into a better dad.

Konn doesn't have a good relationship with his wife either. Mikan is fed up with his stealing instinct and the lack of responsibility to houseworks. They both tried to escape from that responsibility two years ago in BFOI , and seems like they're attempting it again.

Mikan offered temporarily trading her Togekiss to Konn for one of his Rotom, so that both of them are having a Pokemon who knows how to do all sort of simple housework that even the (free?) accommodation from PDL won't be providing.

Since both Konn and Mikan still have work, they often have to report to their own companies in Kanto/Johto during the tournament via online meetings. Apparently Konn is still having a lot of free time because he outsourced his own programming duty to somewhere else ...

Personality: Konn is self-centered and will never risk his life to save someone else's. So don't expect seeing him taking down legendaries to save a city, he will definitely be the one running around to rob the banks when everyone is in panic. Well he might pick you up to help with the robbing if you somehow are his friend, but that's all he will do for you.

He also likes to employ dirty tricks in battles, and enjoys the pride of outwitting his opponents' 'stoic' strategies. Basically he is a man with little to no moral values. Luckily most of his Pokemon aren't adapting to that, and will often ignore his unholy requests (except for Wardrobe, who's always wanting attention from him)

Konn tends to use a lot of short forms and slangs when he speaks, but rarely swears or resort to physical violence - he is still fairly educated, and he likes to keep a sophisticated appearance so that people would suspect him less. And on the other hand, he is physically weak and couldn't handle a fight well. He also loves wearing trench coats because he can easily hide his stolen goods inside the tailor-made interior pockets .

Pai was Konn's guardian Pokemon, and was gifted to Mikan as the marriage gift. He worries about their dysfunctional relationship all the time, trying to be the peacemaker between the two. Pai isn't very protective to either of them though, thinking that they should be old enough to take the consequences by themselves. Being almost as old as his trainers, Pai is a veteran to battles and doesn't really rely on his trainers' orders.

Wardrobe | Wash Rotom | ? | Levitate | Sassy
Wardrobe adores Konn's cunningness, and constantly wants to be noticed by senpai. Wardrobe will do anything to please senpai, but Wardrobe is also a tsundere. Wardrobe will never admits the love Wardrobe holds towards senpai. Wardrobe's tagline is "Hmph! It's not like I'm doing this for you...!" Konn doesn't like it because that makes him sounds like a pedophile.

Pascal | Dragonair | Female | Marvel Scale | Modest
Pascal was specifically bred from a line of top-class Dratinis. The purple orb on her tail is an Eviolite which boosts her defenses. She tries her best to be an educated lady, and always stare at Konn innocently when he orders her to destroy things. Konn still loves her a lot because she's a nice seat of some childhood memories.

Some extra info for the earpiece
As stated on the app above, it can only translate Pokemon that has been registered on the machine, namely Konn's and Mikan's Pokemon.
It won't work some random wild Pokemon or other trainer's Pokemon. Since none of Konn's Pokemon is helpful enough to translate words from other Pokemon for him, you need not worry about him understanding your Pokemon during battles 83c
