All 24 levels of female muscle growth achieved thanks to the kind contributions in the female muscle growth drive. I'm not accepting any more contributions for this growth drive. 20 levels have been completed and are ready to go once the fave threshold is reached. The more faves this gets, the quicker you'll see the next level. Levels 21 and up are still in progress. I'm adjusting the faves needed so that the levels should be spaced more evenly apart from a time perspective.

She...has a rather..plastic-girl. Elongated-woman super power. In has much, she appears to have the ability to inflate, flex muscles at different portions of her body. Yet limited, she can't stretch an arm to absurb lengths like Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four.

Well since the pictures share a standard size 900x1200 pixels there can be math.
Short answer: x1.4; So if Samus started out at 5 feet even she'd be exactly 7 feet tall. But that's if. Quick search tells me Samus is 6'3" in most appearances and 5'9" in Other M (which I try to forget about) so.... 8'9" (105 in or 266.7 cm)

Wrong. Take into account the distance from the Point of View. You said it yourself, in a couple of pictures the last step is shown behind her. Like I mentioned above the pictures have a standardized size, meaning that the difference in height between Samus Stage 1 and Samus Stage 20 is the available space between Samus S1 and the top and bottom of the picture. So the original Samus is 857 pixels tall while Samus S20 is the full 1200. 1200/857 and voila you have the multiplier.
