This is so cute it almost hurts.
Her pose here is dreadfully cute, and I adore the shape you've given her. When drawing pregnancy (especially extreme pregnancy), a lot of artists tend to forget that a woman's breasts increase in size - sometimes dramatically - while they're with child, focusing exclusively on the belly, while leaving the bosom untouched. Given how much PG is packing already, any increase in size is liable to be quite noticeable.
The attention to detail in this piece is really wonderful to see. Far too many artists seem to forget that Power Girl's bosom isn't the only impressive aspect of her physique - she has muscles too. I particularly like how you've handled the stretching of her costume, with the leg-holes distending as her expanding belly gradually fills her uniform beyond capacity. Most of the fanart I've seen of Power Girl with a large belly tends to leave the leg-holes completely unaffected by the obvious stretching the rest of her suit has undergone, almost as though they were stapled in place, or else the costume had been specifically cut to accommodate her enlarged frame. Seeing the unavoidable - and perhaps slightly embarrassing - side-effects of her attempts to squeeze her enormously gravid figure into her old costume is simply adorable, and helps to illustrate the perils of motherhood, particularly when the mother in question happens to be a superhero.

I will say, if you've already got requests to see it in color, it shows that the image was pure awesome. And, really, staring at the line work, man, I'm in love. It's just...so...awesome...and pretty...
Ya got the massive belly. So big it's causing her leotard to not even FIT anymore! It's bulging out! That's just great. And those arms are just so damn fine. Mind you, I'm not into muscles on women. But, for some reason, seeing them here on her forearms, just works. They look hot. I mean, it's like "Yeah, I'm huge and pregnant, but I still got the muscles to shove your head up your ass if you even attempt to touch my belly".
...so...wonderful...
