Okay, has anyone had the chance to play the Smash Ultimate demo? Does anyone know if Cappy does anything more than be Mario's taunt? Because if so, I would've done a bit more with him in Smash, not saying change Mario's move-set entirely with Cappy. You know that move in Mario Odyssey where Cappy spins around you and makes a rainbow-trail? Maybe in Smash, when Mario does his Mario Tornado, Cappy spins around him making the same rainbow-trail he does in Odyssey, giving Mario's Tornado a bit more range and act as a shield to any projectile attacks in Smash what do yo think?
I'm a little confused why Cappy isn't playable Super Mario Party, but then I remembered it took while for Rosalina to join the other Mario characters in spinoffs, I hope he joins soon. I really like Cappy

Cappy is certainly one of those characters that grows on you. I have enjoyed him a lot. I like the idea of using some of his Odyssey moves for Mario in Smash. It would really bring a fresh take to this classic Smash character. Although having Cappy as a character in Smash would be amazing. I love him a lot and have the Cappy version of Mario hat they have sold in different places. Nice work.
