While the idea of having Toad as a playable character in Smash Bros. is neat(considering he's the only playable character in Mario Kart 64/Super Circuit who has yet to be playable in a Smash Bros. game), I don't think Captain Toad is quite the Toad for the slot, and there's a reason why;
Captain Toad cannot Jump, which will make recovering and attacking midair impossible.

Captain Toad's inability to jump and the fact that there's 7 Mario characters(Not counting Donkey kong, Yoshi, and Wario, as they represent their own series) male's him strongly unlikely to be in Smash.

I definitely support his inclusion! He could be extremely unique with moves like the potted piranha plant, turnips, pickaxe and more! Heck, make his jumps involving him bouncing on a Note Block!
