In Pokemon, Glaceon is described as a fresh snow Pokemon and is evolved from an Eevee when leveled up near an ice rock. Its light-blue fur can be frozen into sharp quills and is usually found in urban areas. Its body heat can also be controlled to form small ice crystals in the atmosphere.
