Interesting. Starts out very similar to Squirtle, but it gets pretty original as it goes on. I like it.

a decent water/psychic pokemon was long overdo in my opinion (the slowpoke family being the only ones so far). also, pokemon is japanese, it needs more japanese culture! not 4kids cenoring onigiri into doughnuts! that's stupid!

The Slowpoke line will always be one of my favorites, but you're right... Slowpoke and Staryu line (also Water/Psychic) aren't that great for that typing. There's very little indication in their appearance that they're Psychic or Water. Your designs are pretty good for that role. They almost feel second gen.
