did you have much trouble getting the right exposure? Rainforests, from the very little experience i've had shooting them, seem to be tricky to expose correctly because of the intense shadows and highlights..
i'm assuming you used a light meter?

I was lucky that the weather was very overcast as this waterfall was out in the open light, so i was able to have an even amount of light cast over the scene, but otherwise it took me a few shots to get the right exposure, youre right though its quite hard to judge the correct exposure for rainforests and waterfalls, im still learning alot
