You had to give it a lot of heart into it. So beautifull and peacefull... Despite Nami, idea of mermaid alone here is great, even cloth desing works with everything. Really great job, congratulations.

I hate to be a party pooper because I really love this picture, but I hope you decide credit the original artist's design because I know the artist who made a mermaid exactly like this and even the pose/textures are identical to his. Late comment is late, but the idea of a blue mermaid flowing in the water is pretty common. So there is no need to give credit to anyone because the designs while having similarities(blue haired mermaid and that's it), the designs are still very different.

If you send this to riot theyre gonna make it a legendary skin because like the guy earlier said its missing a couple key elements that Nami has. I love the art concept but idk if I'd appreciate another fan made skin being legendary again after gentlemen cho and nunubot.
