Okay so I need to point out that this is not an original base. It is a bigger, MS Paint friendly version of a base that Colibri3 made with a couple of changes. Although I haven't seen activity from her/his account for several years, it is still necessary for me to point this out. So the base isn't entirely mine!
With that said, I had a lot of fun making this base! All of the optional choices are so much fun to make ^w^ I hope you guys like all of the options. I tried to give it as I could think of.

~You can use it for adoptables, commissions, collabs, art trades, ect.
~You can't use this for YCHs.
~Frankendolling is allowed.
