nOCvember #4 - Purin

Purin is a character created by TheRabbitFollower and described as "a thaumaturgic, shape-shifting, black pudding abomination".
Why am i drawing someone else's character? Two reasons, 1: they're looking for people to draw their OC's, and 2: i really didn't know what to do with this muscular female base and since their OC's are on the larger side i thought one of them might work, and Purin was the one i chose.

This is just an initial wip as per usual for this lil personal challenge but i don't think its too bad, though obviously it still needs working on. The main being the slime shape for the skirt of the dress and on the wings, i just added in a rough shape but they still need proper work doing to them.
On a personal note im not too keen on the puff sleeves and they dont like me either xD if i could i'd remove them, make the shoulders smooth or pointed shoulder pads. I think if i was doing this just for myself i'd also change the rib-like markings on the dress into a bone-like corset-type of item worn on the outside of the dress. Yes, i do have a couple ideas there but for now they need to take a backseat since im trying to draw someone else's character. Me thinks some additional refs and practise may be needed to get a few parts just right

Anyway, how this one proceeds all depends on TheRabbitFollower. Are they ok with it being done on a base or no? Any specific changes they'd like? Have i missed anything? Any tips on how to better represent the character? etc etc.
If they like it and want me to finish it then it'll go to the top of my priority list.
If its not their kind of thing then i'll work on it in my own time, and change it up with my own ideas for my own personal practise.

If anybody has any ideas on how i could continue this drawing then feel free to share them.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the OC-Tober selection this part of the descriptions had info for ping-lists, pre-claims, payment and pricing for anyone interested. Upon uploading this i've actually got the first 4 nOCvember drawings in progress and so far none of them really apply themselves to popping up for sale, and with only 3 other bases left to use in my personal challenge it doesn't seem like much point.

Understandably, since this is based on someone else's OC it will not be available for anyone else, even if she doesn't want it. If that occurs then i'll modify and continue for my own personal practise and nothing else. And if she does want it i'll make an additional one cuz i've actually got some ideas for it
