That is beautiful. You are really good at the lighting. The dragon is awesome, and you seem to have used your friend's design well. Some of the background looks a little 2D. The tree on the left looks a bit flat, but the dragon is wonderfully 3D. The grass and leaves look a little bit blurred. But I guess it would take a whole bunch of time and effort to draw each blade of grass. I'm just trying to give a meaningful comment because it is kind of useless when people comment and all they say is something like "wonderful" if you know what I mean.

How do you get your lines so smooth? Do you use the pen tool? I just got my tablet a few weeks ago and with the paintbrush in Adobe Photoshop my lines still seem wobbly. D:

I like to draw the line art by hand and scan it in to color it on the mac
