Haaa, don't worry, I'm sure after Mickey gets down that ladder he's going to pull a hand grenade out of his pocket and lob it up onto that platform. World saved!
This is just a lulzy, satirical take on the ol' "if character A is always saving character B from certain peril, wouldn't it eventually become a mundane activity?" gag. If it did, Mickey and Minnie would totally ham it up anyway, in between discussing their day and what they're gonna grab for lunch. Only when I threw the Phantom Blot in there and made him into a wuss, things spiraled out of control quickly. I think the punchline is that everyone is an idiotic parody of themselves. Nothin' new for me. xD
And since this is just an idiotic parody, there's no need for fancy things like layouts, backgrounds, good drawings, timing, or shading. No need I say!
Mickey, his gal Minnie, and the Phantom LOL belong to Ze Walt Disney Company or sumpthin'.

Haha, noooo, it's alright! I probably didn't make it very clear at all in the tone of this. It was just one of those things that I didn't plan, I just threw a bunch of drawings on top of each other, not even caring if anybody got it. I think many of the silly things I find funny kind of fail and get lost in translation when put on paper. xD

Lol, I know how THAT feels! XD I think I could see a sense of parody in your MickeyxMinnie art because it's already common to see fan artists make Mickey a little hornier toward Minnie since they both love each other so much. I took the Phantom Blot comic a little more seriously because, well, it's Mickey vs the Phantom Blot! You'd expect him to kick some ass! XDD
