Drawn as a sequel to this one:

We return to Darla*'s diner (well, her family's diner - she just works there) Born to Run, albeit at a different time of the day and in a different area (Kannuki can't fit into a regular-sized booth).

Things may have gotten ruined for Joe and Penny when they were there thanks to a few rowdy customers who had to be put in their place, but even with that... it's inevitable that Kannuki and Natalie would show up eventually on recommendation from his younger brother.

Note Regarding Kannuki's Jacket Here:

He'll still wear the heavier jacket (inspired by the N2B Parka) sometimes, but I wanted to give him a bit more variety than just differently-colored versions of the same heavy jacket (even if he does own it in multiple shades of green)...

* = It would be remiss of me to not mention that Darla was created by and belongs to GuntherTheGuy .
