Yeah based on actual experience. This was twilight princess in some temple. Thought that what WOULD happen would be you hook the fish, then it comes to you and you could hack away like the madman you really are inside.
Aaaand that didn't happen.
What DID happen was I went to the fish instead. in the pool. filled with man-eating fish. Yeah that went well as usual xD

Lol, what I do is get myself lined up on the map so the back of the arrow is facing roughly in the direction I want to go. Then I just hold down Z and pull back
