Well, technically this isn't a sketchdump, but I wanted to give all the pictures that are part of this project the same heading, so...yeah ^^
I needed a single character to try and make a portrait w/o background, hence the non-sketchdump-y posting.

Basically everything here is an experiment; brushes (mostly dry brushes + natural brushes), texture, style...
Yay for trying new things!

(Speaking of. Before making this, I tried drawing this lady here in anime-style. Again. I hail all of you good anime-artists out there, because - argh. Epic fail. Again.)
