Well, shit guys, it's been almost a freakin year since I made a gun. I confess it's mostly because I got a job, and now that I'm unemployed again life is FREEEEE and freedom I needed cuz this shooty mc scooty here took 20 freaking hours.

Anyway.

This gun is based on a post by a guy I'm a friend of called ForTheWilliams. The guns he made are here: www.artstation.com/artwork/28k…

but for the record my variant uses a recoil comp system vs the underslung shotty the original post has.

So anyway, boring stuff:
This took 20 hours as I said before. For once in my life I didn't even attempt to do anything in zbrush, instead this is almost all Cinema 4D and Substance painter. I tried my hand at some grunge again as you can see. Most of the time, like 5 or so hours, was spent making the UVs and fixing all the stupid geometry mistakes. Oh and adding all the detailing took AGESSSS. Should I make a tutorial?

Also, while I'm at it, feel free to suggest what I should do next, even if you find this post 20 years in the future
