That begs the question of whether the facehugger, and by extension the implanted chestburster embryo, could survive the level of radiation in the big G's body. and also depending on the size of the chestburster, whether Godzilla could survive the experience.

This is one of the most awesome concepts I've seen in quite a while! It's quite creepy and terrifying. Also, you really demonstrated its power with its atomic breath which is quite a fitting green color. This thing is so powerful and deadly that even the highest ranking members of the Xenomorph hive would be terrified of this thing since there's really nothing stopping it from killing them and that's assuming that this thing would listen to them in the first place. Nuking this thing is out of the question as well since due to the Godzilla DNA this creature has, Nuclear weapons would just strengthen it.
I wonder if this Alienzilla would even try to develop a hive or if the Godzilla side of this creature wold just overpower its Xenomorph side, and it would just go on a rampage destroying everything in its path regardless of alignments. The only real disadvantage this creature has would be that it has no method of flight or transporting itself off the planet. It's rampage is limited to one planet which sadly seems to be Earth.
Another thing, thanks for coming up with a plausible origin for this kaiju. I'm glad you mentioned that this Godzilla was quite young when when he encountered the Xenomorph eggs, since that means this young Godzilla doesn't have nearly as much radiation in his body, his regeneration abilities aren't quite as advanced at this time, hasn't likely developed his atomic breath yet; or if he did, the facehugger was able to plant the embryo into him before he could use his atomic breath. If your description had mentioned that this was an adult Godzilla instead of a very young Godzilla who got implanted with a Xenomorph embryo, your nightmarish scenario that you're presenting would be quite implausible even under the rules of each of the respective franchises involved in this crossover.
A Godzilla crossover with Alien really doesn't work since Godzilla is so much more powerful than any type of Xenomorph really, and that's including every bit of expanded universe material the Alien franchise has had. Even if there was a daikaiju sized facehugger, it still wouldn't be much of a problem for Godzilla since he could just use his atomic breath to vaporize it if it ever attached itself to him. Furthermore, even if this hypothetical daikaiju sized facehugger found Godzilla in an unconscious state like sleeping and implanted the embryo in him, I doubt that thing would develop to the point of being able to burst out of Godzilla's chest since his body is filled with radiation and would likely harm the Xenomorph embryo. However, even if the embryo could still somehow manage to survive in a body filled with that much radiation, Godzilla's regeneration abilities and healing factor would detect this embryo as an invader and kill it. I've heard that Facehugger's alter their hosts body's so that the Xenomorph embryos aren't detected as invaders, but they have never encountered a creature with as advanced regeneration abilities as Godzilla. The only other way I could ever see Alienzilla existing is if he was an entirely artificial creation like some creation of some scientist who combined Xenomorph DNA with Godzilla DNA.
Lastly, wasn't expecting a triple crossover with the Terminator franchise, but Skynet is screwed as well. No Terminator or other creation Skynet has made could kill this thing in a fight and that's including all of its expanded universe material. It's way too powerful. The only way Skynet could win is if it sent some Termniator unit back in time to prevent Alienzilla from ever existing in the first place. Thanks for telling me about the boiler Xenomorph. That does make Alienzilla's origin more plausible if you go with the facehugger attaching itself to a young Godzilla and implanting an embryo into him.
