(Let us hope I'm not shooting in the dark)
*Knowing that only an idiot would enter a random building, and that mutants might be the last of my worries in the forest, I hesitantly decide to venture out into the mountains, where I think I'm least likely to encounter anything at all, except maybe a few snakes, which doesn't bother me one bit.*

I walk into the building with my dark hood and my paint ball mask and my duple bellel shotgun and I look around (no death please)

weakened from sleep deprivation and actual wounds, i enter a building that looked like a burrow.

Fearing that there would be mutants in the random buildings nearby, I shook my head and looked to the mountains. It looked rather high and I would most likely die before I found any shelter, so I took the safest route- Or at least I thought so- and took the forest path.

*you knew that you were easy prey to mutants as you carried a small pistol with only a few bullets remaining as you see that there was a small cabin in the woods with what appears to be smoke coming out of a chimney*

'A cabin? It looks inhabited!' I cry out cheerfully as I ran towards it. I leave my gun in place and knock on the door, patiently waiting for a respons as I occasionally looked around for mutants.

*you see a naga open the door as she stared at you*
"hello?"
*you were surprised to see her speak mutants couldn't speak at home*

Noticing her being able to speak human, I stepped back in shock. Perhaps she's friendly?
'Uhm, h-hi there. I'm looking for shelter to spend the night, away from the mutants that are roaming around here. Could I stay here?'

"Hmm...I guess that would be fine just don't try killing me"
*she opened the door for you*

'I promise not to. I will hand you my pistol if you wish.' I stepped inside, taking out my pistol and holding it in my palm for her to take.

*she takes it and puts it near the fire place*
"I haven't seem a human in forever how did you survive this long?"

'I don't know, I guess I've managed to escape long enough.'
He sighed. 'It's been an exhausting trip.'

"Okay well you should get some sleep then but are you hungry?"

He shook his head. 'I'm alright, but thank you for the offer.'

'Thank you very much.' I bowed my head in respect and explored the room, not touching anything to avoid causing trouble.

I noticed the backpack and quickly looked away, not wanting to do with it. 'No, no, no...'

'She's already asleep... Guess I should do the same.' He looked around for a chair to sleep on.

He sat down on it and sighed, relaxing.

*Not trusting some random building, I decide to go into the forest, seeing if I could make good progress*

*you manage to make quite some distance until you realize that you've been going in circles for hours, you see nightfall approaching as the mutants of the nights began to reveal themselves from their hiding spots*

*My rifle ready, I start to look for a place to seek shelter*

*being in the middle of the forest that seemed very unlikely and impossible but yet you see a cave fairly close to you*

*I carefully walk to it, looking around with caution*

*I squint, slowly walking further in*

*you hear a sort of snoring sound come from inside the cave*

*you have a hard time making out what was there but you could tell it was large*

*I take out my flashlight, shining it on the creature briefly*

*you see dark scales,sharpened claws, and a powerful tail it was a dragon but it seemed to have no wings but you notice a saddle on it, the dragon was not yet fully grown but it was a teenager as it slept unaware of your prescience*

*I quickly turn off the flashlight. I slowly back away from it, taken aback*
"I should have taken the building...."

*you knew very little about dragons but one thing was for sure they were capable of defeating almost anything and no creature dared fight it when you look at the saddle again it gives you a slim hope that perhaps someone managed to tame the beast and is traveling with it that would be sensible but also dangerous, if it was tame then you never have to worry about being hunted down again if it wasn't you would end up a meal for the dragon. Seeing how it's late at night and the mutants are out hunting for prey like you there was no leaving this cave*

*I look around for some place to rest for the night, not wanting to disturb the dragon yet*

*there was no where else to go unless you wanted to be torn limb from limb by mutants*

*I sigh, looking around the cave for some spot that provided a bit of additional cover*

*I sigh, and decide to rest against the wall, away from the dragon. I go to sleep clutching my rifle, the sling around my arm. I left the bolt back*

*I slowly get up, watching the dragon silently*
