Description I've lived a lie
i will not try
to justify it's truths.

i took each day
that i may
and hid each night
without delight

the web i spun
i wove it true
trimmed it with might
and pulled it tight
till it glistened with the morning dew

Sparkling treasure
illusions pleasure
drawing to me the likes of you.

you know my story
though it's never been told
you've hear my name
thought it's not the same

you've seen through my lies
but not the disguise
you took my mask for truth

there is little left to say
now you've gone away
and i must weave new truths

I think you tapped into what a lot of people feel at the end of an affair. It was thoughtful, sweeping, ad a great composition. I wish you had posted it sooner.
