i like the frozen feel in the photo. it is very hard to have a flatish photo and make it look good. you have done this.
the blue stands out so well. shame those beautiful eyes of hers cant be more colorful. i like the hanging earrings too.

agree with puremyth...
but i reckon the hair is done this way for a reason... the first "layer" of the hair (where the 3 strips are).. seems to be really outstandingly uniform against the irregular part of the hair...
also
(not that i can do anything better.... just a personal opinion)
it seems to me that its lacking an obvious focus point.... dont know if its important here... but to me.. my eyes cant seems to find a place to rest on n focus on.

The colours and light and beautiful, it's a great concept. The only problem is the hair. Blowing movement is a difficult thing to fake. You can get away with it with clothing fabric, but not with hair. For this, you should really use a fan. It keans you need to take about ten photos to catch a good one, but it looks 100 times better. It's much more natural, and it changes the model's expression also. Beautiful work though - apart from the hair thing, it has great atmosphere and style.

If Eliara was able to understand your posting, she at least would have been very angry, yeah. Many people have already told her about this strange thing in the model's hair - but... I have to remind you: she's a very self-confident person. She would just remind you that what she does is always right))

That's called constructive criticism - its how you learn and get better. People who are too proud to learn from their mistakes never improve. I'm assuming she's smarter than you. Having been here five minutes, you really have no idea what an artists' community is for.

And you tell me abour this?? And about my friend I'm aquainted with for nearly 4 years? Maybe, I know her better than you do?
Yes, people learn from their mistakes but they don't like when they are told what there mistakes are. Eliara is such a person.
Moreover, I just don't understand how the fact that she is smarter than I am (if it's really so, no one knows) belongs here.

I can't say it's too bad for any person.
And you are too serious.

i agree with what you've said ... but its interesting having the hair played with, without using air (though it doesn't work too well here).
