A very expressive portrait. Light and shadow are especially well balanced here, and really helps bringing out the emotions in his face The colour theme also seems to go very well with the general mood. I think I somehow would have chosen a different cropping, though; maybe showing some more of his hand in the top right corner? Or cropping it just a bit tighter to get rid of the tiny, but kind of disturbing strip of light to the far left? But that might just be me. This is a very beautiful image anyway

This is beautifully lit. Especially because you have preserved the highlights in both eyes. That's important. The colour work suits the mood of the image also.

The lighting is nice, the model though... if you're gonna have a goatee, actually have hair, not the dirt. Just looks yucky, in my opinion.
