I've read some comments about her anatomy, I will say only two things, first this is a cartoon not a photorealistic drawing and secondly the angle of the photo that she has taken is "strange". Please search similar real photos from women making "sexting" in their bathrooms, you will see their anatomy, bigger hands-smaller waist.
