Description
The Fat Controller: Well, Well, Thomas. I like this newΒ attitude of your's. I suppose we all make mistakes now and then. But you did learn the signs in the end, so, well done!Β πEmily: There you go, Thomas! I knew you'd come round eventually.Β π
Thomas: I wish I could take the credit. But it's all thanks to you two. You are the best friends an engine can have. Ha-ha-ha!Β π
Emily: Goodness! Now I really like the attitude of your's! I hope your friend stays here forever.Β π

From the "Thomas & Friends: Talk to You" App from 2015 (That used to be around, but I don't think it is now, but there are videos of it in the UK and US dubs) and a re-creation of one of the scenes, where Thomas learns the signs.

This is a way of saying that Thomas' friends and The Fat Controller get pleased with him when he behaves well, even knowing the mistake that was made. Even if sometimes, things don't go the best, they improve in the end. Sure, Thomas can be cheeky and not be completely perfect, but he does work hard in the end.Β
(This isn't a romantic ship picture, this is an impressed with behaviour/behavior picture, since I have the engines as a whole as a hard working family in my opinion)Β
