Is there a way to change "Todays Dreams" Heading so it will display the title of the journal instead?

I'm normally a person who watches horror movies and probably wouldn't use this as a journal..... BUT NOW I WILL!!!
My dog (Molly) just got 6 adorable puppies, so I will use this and show some pictures of Molly's puppies!! ^U^
