Well, it's The Fool, everyones favourite character from The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb. Great books, you should all read them. Just finished it's sequel trilogy, The tawny man, and while I enjoyed it, I was absolutely pissed off at the ending. ahh! what was that bs about Fitz being half --- (won't spoil it for you, but it sure was stupid). But guess I shouldnt be complaining, since Fitz and Fool got some incredibly gay moments together
yay! but.. enough ranting for now.I'm still a complete newbie at photoshop, but I had alot of fun messing around with this one.

I was/still am so devastated that about Fitz and the Fool at the end. Robin Hobb is my favourite author, I'm rereading the Farseer, Tawny Man and Live Ship trilogies all the time. ;D
And I never liked Molly much anyway >:l I'd pick the Fool. :3

I know what you mean! I loved Robin Hobb, until she totally messed up the ending. I still hold a forlorn hope that she'll continue the series, even though she's already started a new one.
And yes, love the incredible gay moments between Fitz and the Fool, love the art work by the way

This is very good, his expression is mystifying, like him, lol. Robin Hobb is my favorite author, so I can't believe that I hadn't read the Live Ship trilogy (I read the Farseer and Tawny Man trils first). Live Ship makes everything make more sense in the third tril. I think it would be interesting to see your interpretation of Amber.

Heh, Fool really is my favourite. I agree about the end, it felt rushed and fake and I hated it. It pissed me off because it could have been so much better and the rest of the series are so good and really deserves a good ending.
I like your picture very much. Especially the rat skull, I never imagined it like that. The colours are great too.

Yeah, I just finished the Tawny man and the last 3 chapters are just unsatisfactory after everything else....
This is a really interesting portrait of the Fool. It's not so much his outward image as the abused little runaway beneath it.

That is an absolutely wonderful interpretation of the Fool! (Off subject, but make sure you read the Liveship trilogy too; not quite as awesome, but I think you'd be pleasantly surprised at some of the things and people mentioned).

This is by far my favourite piece of you. The style is so individualistic, and i really appreciate the toned down colors and the mood they create around this guy. The hat is "inspired". Theonly thing more I would have liked to see from this picture was a little more definition in where the arm of his coat and the body of his coat meet, if you catch my meaning. Overall I really like the effect and atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

haha I actually been reading those books! and I love the stories they are very well balanced.
the fool in these books are wonderful thoug in my head he is a bit older Γ€r longer but you really got the right expression.
