Very nice work...I am going to work to attain your level (and various other artists on this site) of ability. I always start with the things that bug me...so I think the main thing that bugs me is the neck, down. It looks very disconnected from the face, probably because the detail doesn`t seem as rich in that area as does the face.
I noticed that one eye is slightly squintier then the other, but that gives it a touch of realism to it. Eyes aren`t exactly the same. You definately are very talented with color and your strokes are very smooth. The hair is probably my favorite...it looks so wispy. I really like!

This is really good. The details you added to the face are very well done. One thin i would suggest is to make the neckalce seem more realistic in terms of lighting because it seems a little flat compared to the rest of the image. Other than that excellent job

Her expression is piercing and beautiful. It's amazingly real, and so emotional. I feel so drawn by this picture.

This is a really nice bit of painting. She looks beautiful
Be careful with the nostrils though- they're not just two round holes punched into the nose.
Also the frill around her neck is lovely, but it's a little too sharply defined, and doesn't quite look like it belongs in the painting. I think a tiny bit of blurring would do the trick. More importantly though, the shape of it makes her neck seem perfectly cylindrical, which necks generally aren't. The throat would stick out a little bit, and the frill should be distorted accordingly.
