Coloured version of: [link]It been such a long time since I spent this long on a picture, from everything to inking to colouring. It's one of the things I really miss from the strictly come drawing contest. So I really tried to do a little bit extra here, although there is no way I could really reproduce the "Silent Hill" feel.
Still, I am mostly happy, and it felt good to really take my time with everything. 
The symbol in the back (the halo of the sun) is the official symbol from the game, I couldn't be bothered to try to re-draw it. I'd only fail at it anyway... Also, I suck at guns. And backgrounds!

Really awesome job, especially with the background. I really do get a sense of feel of Silent Hill from this (I played this game when I was pregnant with my first child). Lovely work!

This is so awesome. Partly, because the color scheme and feel is completely different then your normal pieces, and that's neat, and partly because you can just tell how much work you put into it, and see the result that looks great! ...That's a very long sentence. Anywho! I love the coloring and shading. And the gun looks good! I really like how her hands turned out, too!

your background isn't really that bad, since i like your choice of colors, but at least you tried to draw a gun. i'd probably do worse, FYI

Yes, you must! In the conceptual art Heather is always drawn with lines and bags under her eyes, making her look constantly tired and worn out. I love this detail about her, it makes her seem more real somehow!

It's fun to do something different. The colour scheme of Silent Hill is a lot darker, and drabber, than what I usually do, but it's fun to experiment!
