I'm revamping my freelance portfolio in the effort to try to get some projects for this months rent. I decided to color this and add it to the character design section.Related content

Yay, I'm really glad that you're working on your celshading, it's turning out really nice! I really like the fluffyness of the shading you did to the body! Also cool that you're adding to your portfolio, though I'm not entirely sure this'd fit under character design, you know? It's a really nice duck, but not much of a character duck.

Thanks! I think I'm getting better and faster at it too. Yeah, that's a good point about it not being a designed duck. I only have 10 upload slots on guru.com though so I had to stick it onto my character page since I don't have enough finished more realistic animals to make an animal page. I really wish Guru allowed more than ten uploads but to get more I'd have to pay a monthly fee. >_<

Hm, so could you just keep adding more characters to the same file so it doesn't add to your uploads? Like, could I upload one of my huge sketchbook dumps and have it count as one upload? XDDD

Thanks! I'm terrible at drawing smooth lines, so I don't even bother trying to ink my drawings. I think the sketchy lines give it a nice sense of movement and live that gets loss when inked.

You are welcome. I agree, sometimes when you clean up a work by inking then erasing your sketchy lines you lose something. Sooo, tell us more about your Disney thing. Is this a paying job? Like a full hire? I am excited for you, congratulations!
