Hey,
To use the film category someone has to give you access to it. I don't really know how it works. Someone messaged me years ago saying they wanted to give me film privleges since they saw that I was uploading a bunch of animation. You can try sending a message to a DA admin about it.

It's been great so far! I loved being at Disney, it was literally a dream come true. The vfx side of the industry is cool as well but it's really different. I've been in crunch time every since I left Disney and it seems like that's how it is in vfx since the projects have shorter deadlines. Lol, I heard that ILM is the only vfx studio that doesn't have crazy crunch time. I can send you a note about everything if you like.

Yeah, that'd be cool! I'm always interested in the other side of the animation industry. I'm still not sure if I want to make the jump to film or not. It would mean moving across the US, and I know that would be SUPER hard on my wife. But film looks so fun

Thanks! Watch, study, analyze Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, early Don Bluth, Blue Sky and Sony's animated movies. They all have great animation and there's something to be learned from each. They also have different styles of animation so they're a good study in variety as well.

Thanks! My Tangled work wont be a part of this reel though. Only my physical test will be on here but it isn't from the film. It just uses two of its characters. I'm going to have a separate reel for my Tangled and Yogi work.

Thanks! I learned a lot about lip sync while working on that test and even more once I got onto Tangled. Even still I know there's still a lot more for me to learn about it.
