You don't think of Leo as being one to pull this sort of thing... I assume he is sick from a hangover? Dipping into Splinter's saki? At least Raph is there (holding onto the tails of Leo's mask) to keep our Fearless Leader from drowning in the toilet! Although from the looks of Leo's agonized face, he may prefer drowning to any more upchucking. Raph looks like he is trying to be sympathetic, but it's tough going for the younger brother... Get better, Leo.

Hehe it could be a hangover... though I think Raph would probably be giving him a really hard time if it was lol You can read what Inu-Sama wrote below... Raph could also be amused cause Leo just doesn't give up, even when his head is hanging in the toilet.

Since it's that time of year, I'm thinking more that Leo's come down with a stomach bug. His poor suffering face looks more as though he's feverish and the look on Raph's seems one that's more caring than one of humor at a hung over brother. I love the expressions and how Raph's holding his mask tails and patting his shell comfortingly.

It's true, Raph has a more caring look on his face. He may find it SLIGHTLY funny, only because seeing Leo's head in the toilet is a rare occurrence, but he's being a good bro at the moment. He really does feel bad for Leo. Raph also gets to hold this as ammo for future arguments - the I've cleaned your puke card or held your mask tails while you vomited violently... lol

Wrote something really quick to go with it! ~
“ But Raph the patrol we ne-”
“ The only patrol ya gonna be doing is from yer bed to the porcelain throne.”
Clearly, just the thought of having to visit the toilet again for around the fourth time that morning was enough for Leo's face to pale considerably.
Just a few moments later he was retching again, a groan escaping the oldest turtle, to which Raph quickly helped his brother to his shaky legs, half dragging him to the closest bathroom- the thought of not making it and wearing what ever his brother was about to deposit was enough to make the hot-head practically carry him there.
They hardly made it, Leo going to his knees as he proceeded to vomit, somehow making it just in time to get the whole lot in the toilet, trust Leo to be accurate even when sick!
The next few minutes was a painful process of more retching to the point the poor turtle was panting heavily in exhaustion, blue eyes almost glazed over.
Raphael took a towel, sparing Leo the dignity as drool, bile along with sweat was gently dabbed away from leaf-green features.
“ Thanks Ra-”
Poor Leo was unable to fully thank him, going back to lean heavily over the toilet once more.
“ There there, I gottcha.”
Raph moved to brush back azure mask tails, his other hand gently rubbing soothing circles along the chutes of his brothers carapace.
Leo let out a soft sigh, by this point he was so tired he'd settle for the toilet seat as a replacement pillow, resting his forehead against his arm, in seconds his eye lids were fluttering.
“ Nah not here, 'cmon lets get ya back to bed.” ~

Poor Leo is right. IF it was because he drank too much, it would have been purely an accident. He would never drink just to get drunk, but it might have been a special occasion and Raph pestered Leo to the point that he gave in. And in that case, Raph would feel a little responsible for his brother's current state.
