The top right glyphs on the title bar are cool. But I think integrating them on a bottom panel would be more effective. if you add more features they could go better there than filling up the title bar. The scroll bars could be improved also by using two solid opaque minimal bars.

I considered that, I think you are right, a popover that had the glyphs that was invisible unless moved over would be the ideal solution! When you say the two scrollbars, what do you mean? Do you mean one? Thanks for the feedback!

No the separate glyphs are fine. Just move them from the title bar to the bottom of the window in a panel or something. This way if you add more buttons they can go to the panel instead of crowding the titlebar. The indented scrollbar looks like its missing something. I was suggesting two minimal bars but I realized it takes the look of the ones on iOS so that can be good or bad idk

I don't have Skype but I got downloaded Gtalk and it says I'm waiting for you to accept my invitation for a couple of weeks now
