Description
In this story, a new character is introduced to the Sonic lore. A girl with mystical powers and an unyielding spirit.

I already covered some of this in Alex's character profile picture, but I am really happy with how her design turned out. I wanted to make it reminiscent of Kairi's from Kingdom Hearts 2, which in my opinion, is Kairi's best design. Her pose was a little hard to come up with because I was thinking about how I was going to put all of the characters together, and how I was going to convey her personality. I eventually came up with this when I thought of the sword being a crucial part of her fighting style, as well as her flexibility. She's not as physically strong as some of her opponents, so she makes up for it with skill and Chaos Energy.

Alex's inclusion in the story is for a number of reasons. One being to show human characters in a positive light in Sonic as they tend to get a bad rep. The other being to explain some elements of Sonic's lore that aren't explained in canon, or don't really make sense to begin with. One of them being the power up items you get in games. To clarify, they’re fine and don't need explaining in the context of the games, but I thought it would be fun to give them some explanation. I'm something of a stickler when it comes to things like that.

And this would also make Alex rather useful to the group. She covers all things mystical.

Also, for her character theme song, I imagine it would be something like this: The Day (by AmaLee)
