Honestly the character doesn't look creepy.He has way to many details on his face (eyelashes,whiskers) and his head and eyes are just overall too roundish to ever be able to invoke a sense of fear in anybody.
Head is the only problem,the rest of his body is actually creepy.

I have a theory! I think that after Mike was Killed by Fredbear, the older brother enjoyed the accidental bloodshed, like his father William! And when he became a adult, he got a job with Fazbear Entertainment, and murdered people as well, just without the whole Remnant thing! And then years later, the burnt Lanrynth was found, and Mike took the Robotic remains of Mike and William! And since Mike was brought back by William as a Robot, I think all of his Memory's were stored inside his head, so the older Bro proposed the idea of FNAF VR to Fazbear Entertainment, and put the Memory's of Mike inside the game, and that's how we get events from past games! And then he took William, put what was left of his Remnant inside the game somehow, and resurrect William as a Rabbit Virus known as the Malhare! And now that William broke out of the game, he is going back to his old ways, and free from his punishment at the hands of Cassidy! All the past souls may be free, but now that William is back, he will now start all over go again!
