In the ps2 version i heard that u can only kill Las Plagas infested enemies but i hear in the wii edition u can kill non-Las Plagas infested enemies is that true?

I can't speak for PS2, but in the Wii version, the only destructible things it won't target are Luis, Del Lago(for obvious reasons) and Ashley, not sure about the Merchant or his blue medallions. Windows, Crows, Chickens, Cows, Barrels, Boxes, Villagers, Dr. Salavador(Chainsaw Maniac), Comillos, Mendez, Zealots, Garradors, Novistadors, El Gigante, the Bella Sisters(Female Chainsaw Maniacs), Verdugo(the "Alien" ripoff), the suits of armor, Salazar, J.J.(Gatling Gunner), Commandos, Regenerators, Iron Maidens, Krauser, U3("IT"), and Saddler will all fall quickly, if not instantly to the PRL 412
