Am I jealous just because I want to be equal to my peers?

Have some hardcore symbolism and weak typography added to the artwork. When will Garry learn that he doesn't need to be as good as his fellow Guild members to earn right of existence?

This was inspired by a conversation I had with my psychologist today. She talked to me about the way we are living with a fixed mindset that dictates that we either qualify, or we don't. It's a mindset where the goal is to compare ourselves with others and to turn out better than those around us. It doesn't allow for us to look at the progress we've made. This mindset is what will probably be the downfall of our society, as our schools, our leaders, our peers all think this way. And sadly I live with this fixed mindset too much as well.
