That's the most fitting "humanisation" of Bill Cipher I've seen so far. Many people draw him completely humanified - nothing bad about it but it's not my cup of tea. Your version, however, exactly shows what I think to be the more reasonable way of giving him a human body. It's like he evolved into a more powerful being and I love how he looks like "sh*t just got serious" or "guess who's back". Really great job!
