Description
Can:Recognize minds like a dog can recognize smells (family members will have similar smells, and (if in the odd event of time travel to a different 'time', such as it's a different timeline) different times will have different but familiar scents)
Can control a person (but only through recognizing what push does what, so beginners will basically do that on accident
Can exchange memories (''copying'' is like exchanging memories but makes it so the other person doesn't lose that memory)
Drive a person crazy (by pushing the mind in a certain direction)
Can't:
Read minds (they feel but don't read in the normal sense)
Feel multiple minds at once (they can only do one mind at a time)
Mindfeelers were created after being tortured and unlocked a hidden, but powerful part of the mind. A Mindfeeling gene is not genetic and can only be gained through painful/extreme torture. No Mindfeeler can exist that hasn't been tortured.
History:
In 1985 (at Lycoph Institution), a year after the Muvas all escaped (they had been escaping since the 1960s), the scientists decided to find something new. At one point a worker experimented on a patient (Mark Sully) and unlocked a hidden part of his mind. Since that day many have escaped and some Mindfeelers have decided to work for Lycoph and turn in others of their kind. They mainly live on their own and have formed no society like the Muvas.
Extra: Every person's history is erased from the world when they get admitted into Lycoph Institution.
