It was VERY simple. I used Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. First I filled the background with the flower pattern. Then I used a paint brush to draw a "circle" with another pattern. Then I filled the space inside the "circle" with the same pattern. Then I used the lighten tool around the edges of the "circle".
One of the problems with me drawing on the computer is that I'm left handed but use me right hand for the mouse. Even off of the computer I don't draw too well with me left handXD
