....though it might come across as a very dark and kinda creepy piece, quite unlike my usual fluffy and sparkly fairy art pieces.... a pixie can't *always* sparkle..::* and this is about those times when you feel like you are pulled in all sorts of directions at once.... "high strung" also comes to mind...? stretched out until your cracking and coming apart at the seams.... and your eyes are popping out of your head...

it wouldn't fit in my scanner, so this is a very badly taken photo of the piece.... if you squint! you might actually see more of the detail hidden in the bad lighting! hehe!*:.

this was done with charcoal... a fair few months ago now..
it's a lovely dirty mucky medium to use... and sort of rubs off on what sort of images emerge from the shadows...
i like delving into... yet am also sort of slightly scared of ....this part of myself.
