Winter 2007-2008
Half an hour climb to the top of the mountain in 2007 to get to this view. I've been there several times, but I've never seen anything like this again.

I know it has its' technical issues. I decided to climb to the top on an impulse and I wasn't ready for what was expecting me. I only had a compact with me, that wasn't even mine to begin with; it restricted my options.
I enjoy the picture nonetheless, if for nothing else, then for its' uniqueness to me. I've been back there and never witnessed anything like this again. It would have been a shame to miss the moment completely

I was up there by myself and probably one of the few people who got to enjoy this view on that day. I did feel very privileged.

Stunning scene. My only slight criticism is that I think the horizon should be flat... The fact that it's not really throws me and distracts me from enjoying the scene fully.
