Since it's a possible requirement for WIP's to be provided (I'm entering a contest), I'll start posting some.
I forgot to take a screenie on how I outlined it ;u;

I'm not quite sure if she looks like a ringmaster... does she?
Anyway, her skirt could be removed and stuff like that XD
I tried to copy DN's style, but I couldn't find any good reference. And so, I began adding my own details. Nothing too scary~

This is obviously not the original size XD I was trying to work on perspective and as you can see, I failed LOL
Also, that's not her original skin colour =w=
