Sooooo I can not express how much I love this! Not to toot my own horn lol but this was a blast to make! I saw the stock and boom this idea came to me! This is Felony, a creepy yet amazing character from TLI.
He is the marauder of the Lagoon, so one of the head honchos. I love him alot!
