Description This was commissioned by dde2  

It seems the mysterious tickler man found out that these female company heads publicly shared personal and confidential information about him, So, he blindfolded them and he's threatening to torture their helpless feet with nonstopping tickles as punishment

I personally enjoyed drawing these two ladies and continue with the mysterious tickler's legacy in my style
