Another Tibumeru character! I was originally going to design one based off a mantis shrimp (Still plan to) but in the end I found the Alpaca Seaslug and this guy happened xD

★ Personality:: Lucien hates the boring, he thrives off adventure, fun and drama -even if he has to create it. He's self confident and very out-going and extroverted, he loves to share his stories with others, and hear theirs in return. Lucien is very superstitious and believes every fairy-tale, legend and ghost stories he's ever heard. Lucien can be quite dramatic and is a freedom loving Tibu. He loves to take risks and go on adventures. Lucien can seem rather arrogant and bold at times, because he does things his own way. He's pretty much useless when it comes to work, or labour of any kind, preferring to wander around or simply make it look like he's working instead, simply because he has no interest in it. Lucien can be very protective of his friends, even a mean comment can set him off on the speaker. He's very loyal to the ones he cares about, and will do what it takes to keep them safe without a second thought. Lucien is usually rather laid back and patient, but he has bad days too, getting cranky, snippy and even aggressive depending on the situation.

★ Hobbies:: Lucien is quite the story teller, he's often seen wandering around, and pulling pranks are always a great past time for him. Lucien also loves collecting stuffed animals. He has collected quiet a few during his journeys and now keeps them stashed away. He hates it when people mistreat them. Which, in his case is just touching them the wrong way.

★ Skills:: None Yet

★ History:: Lucien left his family at a young age simply because he found staying with them in one place was incredibly boring. So he set out one day to see new places, and meet new people. But after a few years he realized that wasn't that great either, travelling alone was well, lonely. Through his travels he'd met a few Tibumeru who became temporary travelling buddies, but eventually they all left, going their own ways, or settling down. Lucien is now just trying to keep himself busy.

★ Bad Habits, or Specific Traits::

Lucien strongly believes in anything supernatural and paranormal, and loves to tell scary stories about the two subjects.
Lucien carries a “lucky” paperclip everywhere he goes and keeps in hidden in his left boot.
When Lucien gets embarrassed or nervous he hides his face with his scarf.
Lucien wanders around when bored, trying to keep himself occupied.
Lucien HATES being alone for long periods of time.

★ Legend:: Tibumeru are a species of highly awesome and magical fish/shark creatures that simply rose from the depths and decided to show their faces to the world instead of living in hiding like the rest of the magical creatures.

★ Extra:: Based off a Silvertip shark, and the colours of an Alpaca Sea Slug. The inside of his mouth is light green.
Lucien lives with Tase in his boat home. They have a no touch rule on each others collected stuff, like don't even look at it. Tase is paranoid with his stuff, and Lucien doesn't want Tase running off with his stuffed animals to never get them back.
